Shopping Process
1. Select the item to put into the shopping cart, fill in the correct informations to complete the purchase (Can purchase without to be a member)
2. If there is insufficient inventory, defects, etc. RIDAZ will contact the buyer to follow up this matters.
3. RIDAZ will use email to notify the buyers for shipping part but RIDAZ will not make any special call or SMS messages to buyers for further notification. Please be sure to leave an email that is correct.
4. Buyers choose the receiving method (RIDAZ will use SF express / ZEEK to send orders)
5. Process complete
How to change the order contact and delivery address?
Existing Member
After the order is sent, if buyers need to modify, buyers can log into “Member Login” and click the order content and modify the order but if the goods have already sent then the order cannot be change.
Non Member
If buyers have not officially become our member, buyers can call to RIDAZ customer service to arrange amend the change but if the goods have already sent then the order cannot be change.
